When many people think of therapy, there comes an image of a paneled office with a couch and a bearded man with a funny accent.

Well, we do have a bearded man with a funny accent…

But there are a number of ways to access services.

There is still the traditional office setting. Ours is located on 17 Upper Mallow Street in Limerick city centre. We can accommodate individuals, couples, and whole families in a safe, comfortable, and private setting.

We also offer Video Teleconferencing (VTC). VTC is using technology to make a virtual office, so the therapist and the client do not have to be in the same location. We can accommodate all clients from anywhere in the world as long as there is access to an internet connection.

Finally, we can offer special location services upon request. This is for both those clients with limited access and mobility, and for those clients who wish to bring the therapy to a preferred third location (i.e. sports venue, workplaces, high-conflict relationships, etc.).

In these times of social distancing, self-isolation, and uncertainty, there is now more of a need for good health than ever.
